Upon reception of a set with visual defects (though functional), I left a review here about my disappointment. A representative of Tekton replied the same day and left his telephone and his email. I contacted the service 10 days later with a photograph of the parts and was offered a new set free of charge on the first reply !!! I received the new set today, it looks perfect!!! These seem to be of a very good quality - at least for someone who does not make a living using them every day. They are tight on my impact, hold the socket tightly, and work well.
