This tarp has a three-layer construction of specially reinforced, laminated, high-density polyethylene fabric. It is water, rot and mildew-resistant as well as crack-resistant to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. There are rustproof, solid brass grommets on each corner and every 18 inches all around the hem. Poly roping is sewn into the seam all around for extra strength. The tarp is tough with reinforced corners. There are also black polycast reinforcement bars on the corners. It is an all-purpose utility cover. This tarp has a 14 x 14 weave which is 200% denser than a regular grade tarp. It is silver on one side, black on the other. The silver side reflects light and heat. The fabric is UV-resistant treated. This is a 40 x 60 foot double duty silver/black tarp.
