Better than expected!Nov 18, 2010
By Zaine Ridling Tekton sells mostly low-end hardware, but there have a few items such as the 3180 (40mm) Double-Face Soft Mallet and these tin snips that are as good and durable an anything on the high-end market. I've used these for two years and they're still as sharp as the day I bought them through four renovation projects (two indoor and two outdoor).

Flimsy Snips.Nov 07, 2011
By Louis Not even close to being worthy outside of the home or beyond very light duty tasks. These flimsy snips FLEX badly when used cutting thin metal banding material that I occasionally need to cut on my job.
