The pads are a foam pads unsure what the use is but for nose pads, although that is what i searched for in Amazon. The screw driver and other parts are pretty useful so decided to keep it.

I purchased this kit to have in my purse. It is very small, however it is exactly what I needed/wanted. The screw driver works great. The tweezers are sharp, and very narrow, great for picking up or putting in screws on glasses. The limited number of materials is a bit of a pain, if I ever have to use the extra pieces, there is not a way to 'refill' or replace them. However, for the price, this is a great little kit to keep in your purse, car, etc. After purchasing one, I think I will buy a second as well. I'm giving this product 4 stars because the limited number of quick fix materials that come with it. Otherwise, this is a wonderful product.

I just needed a screw for my glasses. I had very little problem repairing my glasses with this kit.
