I bought this economy vise to hold wide stock, it does this ok, it's not highly precision but when you need to hold large pieces, it works. Amazon.com had it at a price I couldn't refuse. There is none any where cheaper. If you got big stuff and you don't want to spend a lot of money you need this vise.
