I bought these duckbill pliers mainly to remove hose clamps. these pliers were good for the first two months, after-which, the teeth were gone and they wouldn't grip anything. Lesson learned, I will never buy cheap tools ever again. I would gladly spend three times as much, if it meant, I would have a tool that would last a lifetime.
