In the picture and in the description it has a belt, a 2 inch nylon belt fits waist 28 to 50 inches, double needle roller buckle and made from 600D nylon. I received a nylon belt that sags from the weight of empty pouches and a quick release PVC buckle. if you have ever used these before you would know these are not good. I will now have to purchase a real belt.
