Poor Customer ServiceNov 29, 2008

This product was ordered for a customer of mine. It was sent to the wrong address. It went to a former neighbor's house who called me she had it. I had to drive over an hour round trip to pick the order up. When I told the customer service what they had done, he said I was luckily to get it. He was very disrespectfully when I e-mailed my displeasure. I will not used them again.
