True, it doesn't have a hood, but I still feel extremely safe riding my bike on the city streets in this jacket. It's nice and light, but still warm in the winter, and is the brightest jacket I've ever seen.

I might actually buy this WATERPROOF coat IF it had a hood? So many of them don't and I didn't see it in the description...how odd and impractical!
