The day I got the item, it had rust spots on the top and bottom and the spring in the middle is also rusted so the pliers don't open or close smoothly.

The "sawtooth" ends are somewhat sharper than other pairs of pliers I've used. The wire cutters, rubberized handles and spring all work. I haven't used mine heavily, but they seem sturdy.

These pliers are exactly what they say they are. They are a small needle nose plier. Seems pretty sturdy except for the fact that there is no way to keep them closed during storage.
