I purchased two of these reflective vests- one for a friend who is in a wheelchair and one for myself who uses a peddle bike.
They are highly visible which is the purpose of it To be seen by drivers

I use this for walking to make myself more visible, as I like to walk late in the evening & finish just at dark. Neighbors have told me they can see it far away, & that it is very visible. It is loose, so in summer just wear over tee shirt, winter fits over a coat. I have had it for awhile now, & it seems to be holding up well.
