This isn't a terribly precise tool. Great for larger work or outdoor/construction kind of stuff. If you're working in a machine shop, I'd suggest something a little smaller with a finer tip. If you're building playgrounds, fences or welding larger steel construction, this will do just fine. Can't beat the price, I guess.
