I purchased metric and SAE sets of these reasonably-priced T-handle hex wrenches in violation of my own advice to purchase only top quality tools. They work okay in most light to medium duty work, but they aren't the quality (or price) of the Bondhus or other top brands. The sizes are slightly off in a few cases - a T-wrench from this set wouldn't fit a particular fastener, but my regular L-shaped allen wrench (labeled the same size) fit fine. In two cases where I had to apply extra torque to loosen a really tight bolt, the plastic handle split from the steel shank. I replaced these with a set of Bondhus wrenches and gave these away.

Good quality tools. The color-coded, different sized handles are handy. The stand is sturdy and, surprisingly, made of metal. Nice. Priced well too. Recommended.

 6mm Key doesn't fit 6mm socketsNov 26, 2011

The set is fine but the most important key to me is the 6mm key. I use this one the most when working on my road bike and it so happens to be the only one in the set that is too big for the 6mm bolts. I can't believe it. I should have returned it but it was so much trouble for one key. So I tried to find the 6mm on its own and its impossible. GRRR!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Cheap metal, 2nd day on the job and the metal twisted and eventually wore out. Buy for around the house not for everyday use.
