This is a basic T handle (no ratcheting mechanism) with a set of screwdriving bits and a set of small sockets (plus an adaptor to make the shaft accommodate the bits). Quality is fine, the end is magnetic, the price is right. If you need a T handle for some occasional jobs, this is the tool for you. My only "complain" is the shape and weight of the handle: it is rectangular (and thus not really ergonomic) and feels very light, but I can live with that as it functions just fine.
