Great hammer for youngstersDec 30, 2011

I purchased this hammer for my 4-year old son who enjoys trying to assist me during repairs around the house. He also likes to attend free weekend construction projects at one of those big home improvement box stores. Now he has his own light-weight hammer to use.
The hammer has good balance and a nice comfortable grip. It's probably slightly heavier than what I would give a 4-year old to use, but he'll have it for many years and will grow into it.
The price was outstanding and, with combined shipping on Amazaon, I couldn't pass it up. All in all, I would recommend this hammer for kids who are into craft/construction projects, or for anyone who needs a hammer for light-weight projects.
